INHOUSE SOLUTIONS
Using our own
construction tools and technologies, we have a team of architects, planners,
designers, workers, and engineers on staff. We own our own concrete pumps,
cranes, building lifts, batching plants, and other construction-related
equipment. We even fix all our construction machinery on site.

Our team of landscape architects is skilled in all aspects of landscaping,

effects.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
The main goal of asset management is to increase return on assets. We work
with you to enhance equipment reliability by enhancing maintenance,
effectiveness, and efficiency in accordance with the production/core business
objectives of the investor. Parkview Facilities Pvt. Ltd. (PVFPL), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Bestech India Pvt. Ltd., is the name of our asset
management company. With locations in Gurugram, Dharuhera, and Mohali, PVFPL is
well-connected to important clientele in the region. The services portfolio
aims to address the whole value chain of services related to real estate.
They include, but are not restricted to, corporate property services,
integrated facility management, parking evaluation, planning and management,
engineering works and utility, formulation of occupancy rules, including that
for fit out, and specialised services like energy management service. Only the
highest quality work is produced by PVFPL, and all of its efforts are focused
on the needs of its clients, who have constantly expanded and sophisticated
requirements.
BESTECH FOUNDATION
On October 1, 2014, Bestech Foundation was established as the charitable
wing of Bestech Group Companies with the goal of offering structural and
essential activities for the advancement of society. It is an association that
is registered in accordance with the Companies Act of 2013 and any other
applicable laws of India.
The foundation's goals include working with various networks to promote
education, including special education; end hunger, poverty, and malnutrition;
advance health care; train people to promote rural sports; contribute to the
Prime Minister's National Relief Fund or any other fund established by the
federal government for socioeconomic development and relief; develop slum areas;
and advance gender equality and women's empowerment. The Foundation has
undertaken a number of provincial initiatives in the fields of education,
training, health, and the environment in order to guarantee economic and
comprehensive development that is both socially invigorating and agreeable to
the conditions, and it anticipates creating new innovative points of reference
in the fields of rural education, health, and labour care.
INITIATIVES
More than 15,000 children's lives have been impacted by Bestech Group's
Mobile Créches. Versatile Créches manage day care facilities where we provide
education, dietary support, and health care for children who reside in the
building locations. Many children are underweight, do not attend school, and
have no access to the simple pleasures of adolescence, so there is still a long
way to go. Bestech Group is actively working to improve the situation. Our
grassroots engagement and conviction, which are reliant on reliable systems,
lend our voices in unity to promote a change in strategy. As part of its
commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), Bestech Group has always
made sure that its employees have access to the necessities, including a creche
facility (day care centre) for their kids.
BRIEF ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The project deals with the children living in the three construction sites,
namely Park View Altura, Sector-79 Gurugram, Park View Residencies, Mohali,
and PV Sanskruti Sec-92, Curug ram. The vision of Mobile Croches is to reach
out to the most vulnerable children, and it keeps the issues of early childhood
care and development as its core. To administer the créches and provide a fully
integrated programme for the kids in order to meet the needs of the kids and
working mothers.
